Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Opolyo (opolyo.com) collects, why, and what control you have over it.

• Account data: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
• Content: the images you upload, the prompts you write, and the 3D models and previews generated from them.
• Billing data: purchases and credit balance. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: standard analytics such as pages visited and approximate location derived from IP, used to understand and improve the product.

• To run generations and show you your asset library.
• To bill purchases and prevent abuse.
• To answer support requests.
• To improve the product based on aggregate usage.

We use service providers to operate the product: cloud hosting and storage, payment processing (Stripe), sign-in (Google), analytics, and AI infrastructure providers that process your inputs to produce 3D models. Each receives only what it needs for its role. We do not sell your data.

• Your uploads and generated models are kept so your library keeps working. You can delete any asset from My Assets; deletion also removes the stored files.
• To delete your account and its data entirely, email support@opolyo.com. Billing records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and analytics. Blocking non-essential cookies in your browser does not break the core product.

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
