Refund Policy

If a generation fails, the credits it cost are returned to your balance automatically. No request needed.

A credit pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if none of its credits have been spent. Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is no longer refundable, but write to us if something went wrong and we will look at it case by case.

• You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges; credits already granted stay usable until they expire at the end of the billing month.
• A first subscription charge is refundable in full within 14 days if no credits from it have been spent.
• Renewal charges are not refundable once the new month's credits have been used.

Email support@opolyo.com from your account email with the purchase date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
