Terms of Service

Opolyo ("we", "us") operates opolyo.com, a service that turns images and text prompts into downloadable 3D models. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

• Generations cost credits. The price of each generation is shown before you run it.
• Subscription credits refresh monthly and expire at the end of each billing month. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.
• One-time credit packs stay valid for 365 days from purchase.
• If a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your remaining credits stay usable until they expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

• You keep all rights to the images and prompts you submit. You must have the right to use what you upload.
• You own the 3D models you generate, including for commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable law.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your inputs and outputs solely to operate the service (for example: running generations, showing your asset library, serving downloads).
• Your generations are private to your account by default.

Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or depicts real people without their consent. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, resell it, or access it by automated means outside the interfaces we provide.

Generation is powered by machine learning systems and results vary with the input. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features, and we aim to give notice for material changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
